Agricultural sector in Lebanon & Climate change

Land and water resources are central to agriculture and agricultural production is responsible for over 70 percent of global freshwater water withdrawal volume. Climate change affects water resources through the decrease in rainfall and the increase in temperatures and evapotranspiration. In this paper we will explain the consequences of climate change for water resources impact agricultural production and possible solutions.
